Southern Lighting opened its doors in September, 2004.  As a new business Southern Lighting  we catered to the new builder business, providing a variety of lighting designs for new homes.  Southern Lighting worked closely with many local builders in Chattanooga and the surrounding area designing lighting packages for homes in all price ranges.   We encourage the buyers to become involved in the purchasing of their lights and offer custom packages.

As the business grew, we began to expand the business into the retail world.  We have relocated to Gunbarrel Road in Chattanooga, Tennessee and offer lighting to the individual customer as we continue to work with  builders.  Southern Lighting further expanded and now offers cabinetry and counter tops.

We provide personal service to our local customers and will come to your home and measure for your cabinet and counter top needs.  We also provide discounts to first time builders and will provide a walk-through of your home prior to picking out your lighting  package.  This insures the small items are not left out, such as smoke detectors or closet lighting.

We offer many different styles and designs for each and every room in your house.  We offer outside lighting as well as landscape lighting to accent your house, garden, or pool.  We offer lamps and accessories to add the final touches to your wonderful lighting design.
